Jacqueline Singh-Riojas
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Ms. Riojas has sixteen years of financial and operations experience in both public accounting and private practice. Prior to founding Executive Solutions, Ms. Riojas was Chief Financial Officer at Trinad Capital, a micro-cap hedge fund with $100 million under management. Ms. Riojas has experience in all asset classes. She has worked as a Controller at a family office with over $500 million in assets and also worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Sand Hill Capital, a venture debt fund that specializes in mezzanine financing. Ms. Riojas is a Certified Public Accountant in California and gained significant tax experience at Arthur Andersen, Silicon Graphics, and Pacific Telesis/Pacific Bell. She holds a dual MBA degree from the University of California, Berkeley and Columbia University.
Ray Wu
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Mr. Wu has sixteen years of diversified experience in new business creation, venture investment, technology architecture and development, product management, consulting and business development. Prior to Co-founding Executive Solutions, Mr. Wu was managing director of HP’s new business ventures that is responsible for startup technology evaluation, new business incubation, VC relationships and minority investments. Prior to HP, Mr. Wu spent more than six years with Cisco Systems, and held several senior positions leading internal incubation, investment and M&A, Internet solutions consulting in both North America and Asia Pacific. Before that, Mr. Wu was a managing partner of a leading Internet consulting firm working with fortune 1000 companies across US and Canada, with clients such as IBM, Medtronic, National Life, Prudential Insurance, Digital Equipment etc. He holds a dual MBA degree from the University of California, Berkeley and Columbia University.
Carmen Cerrelli
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Ms. Cerrelli has over fifteen years of experience in finance, international business, change management & global financial system implementations. Prior to Co-founding Executive Solutions, Ms Cerrelli was a Chief Financial Officer for hire for small valley start-ups. In addition to CFO responsibilities, she also partnered with Executive teams to redesign the finance function and lead financial system implementations. Prior to being a consulting CFO, Ms Cerrelli was the CFO at Quantum 3D. Prior to that she was the Vice President of Finance and Support Services for Jasmine Networks. Before coming to work in the Valley, Ms Cerrelli held various finance roles in Italy, France, Africa, the United Kingdom and the Middle East while working for Nortel Networks. Ms. Cerrelli is a Certified Management Accountant and has a dual MBA degree from the University of California, Berkeley and Columbia University.
